Team members work in a culture that values passion, integrity, and excellence across all global operations. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Kolkata. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors and contractors, and tracking project milestones and risks. The role involves expediting materials and services, monitoring logistics, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with safety and performance requirements. The Project Manager will regularly report on project status to stakeholders, implement process improvements, and support adherence to company policies and sustainability initiatives. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. - Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timely procurement, follow-ups, and delivery of materials and services. - Candidates should possess Inspection skills to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to technical specifications. - Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material movement, storage, and coordination with internal and external partners. - Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field. - Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects, preferably within paints, coatings, or related sectors. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with diverse teams and vendors.
