Project Manager

Job description

You will be responsible for overall and end to end Project, Program and Delivery of the account(s). Ensure alignment with business objectives, customer expectations, quality standards, and financial targets. Drive excellence in execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.     Key Responsibility Areas would be  Delivery and Execution  - Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects/programs.  - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.  - Drive execution governance, milestones tracking, and risk management.  - Ensure adherence to SDLC/Agile methodologies.    Stakeholder Management,  - Act as primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership.  - Manage client expectations, escalations, and satisfaction.  - Conduct governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and status reporting.    Financial Management  - Own P&L for assigned accounts/projects.  - Manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and margin optimization.  - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.    Team Leadership and Management  - Lead and mentor Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and technical teams.  - Drive resource planning, capacity management, and skill alignment.  - Foster a high-performance and accountable team culture.    Risk and Quality Management  - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.  - Ensure quality standards, compliance, and process adherence.  - Implement continuous improvement initiatives.    Process and Governance  - Establish delivery frameworks and governance structures.  - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and client standards.  - Drive automation, productivity, and efficiency improvements.    Your impact- About you:  You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Agile certifications preferred.    Must have: (Requirements)   - 10–15 years of IT experience.  - 5+ years in project/program/delivery management roles.  - Experience handling multi-million-dollar accounts preferred.  - Exposure to AI tools and technologies Core Competencies  - Strong program & project management expertise.  - Financial acumen (P&L management).  - Excellent client-facing and communication skills.  - Risk & escalation management.  - Resource planning & people leadership.  - Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies.  - Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps,    Nice to have:  - PMP Certification  - Exposure to AI tools and technologies
