**Job Title: Python Automation Engineer** **Experience:** 3 11 Years **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are looking for a skilled **Python Automation Engineer** to design and implement automation solutions across testing, infrastructure, and business workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming expertise with experience in automation frameworks, scripting, and integration of tools to improve efficiency and productivity. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain **automation scripts and frameworks** using Python - Automate **manual processes, workflows, and repetitive tasks** - Build and enhance **test automation frameworks (UI/API/Performance)** - Integrate automation with **CI/CD pipelines** (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) - Work on **API automation and backend validation** - Develop automation for **data processing and reporting tasks** - Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Development teams - Troubleshoot and optimize automation scripts for performance - Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation **Required Skills** - Strong proficiency in **Python programming** - Experience in **automation frameworks**: - PyTest, Robot Framework, Unittest, Behave - Hands-on experience in **Selenium / Playwright / Cypress (Python bindings)** - Knowledge of **API automation** (Requests, RestAssured equivalent in Python) - Experience with **CI/CD tools** (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bamboo) - Familiarity with **version control systems** (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub) - Understanding of **OOP concepts and design patterns** - Experience with **Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting** **Preferred Skills** - Experience with **test automation architecture design** - Knowledge of **database automation** (SQL) - Familiarity with **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Exposure to **Docker & Kubernetes** - Experience with **performance testing tools** (JMeter, Locust) - Knowledge of **data automation (Pandas, NumPy)** - Exposure to **Ansible or scripting for infrastructure automation** **Tools & Technologies** - Languages: Python, SQL, Shell Scripting - Automation Tools: Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, Robot Framework - CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bamboo - Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket - Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB - Cloud/DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
