Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Lead and manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection activities. - Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements. - Monitor quality performance through KPIs, defect analysis, and trend monitoring. - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, 7QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, and Pareto Analysis. - Develop and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, inspection plans, and control plans. - Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues. - Lead customer complaint investigation and closure activities. - Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with quality systems. - Train and mentor QC team members to enhance quality awareness and performance. - Support new product development and process validation activities. **Preferred candidate profile** - Quality Control & Quality Assurance - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) - CAPA Management - Statistical Process Control (SPC) - 7 QC Tools - FMEA, Control Plan, MSA - ISO 9001 / QMS - Process Improvement - Team Handling & Leadership - Data Analysis & Reporting
