We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Analyst to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in coding and quality control, with a strong background in healthcare management services. Roles and Responsibility • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality coding standards. • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall performance. • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and develop strategies to address them. • Develop and maintain documentation of quality control procedures and protocols. • Provide training and support to team members on quality control best practices. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset. • Minimum 2 years of experience in coding and quality control, preferably in the healthcare industry. • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices, including Six Sigma methodologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
