Role & responsibilities QC (HPLC, GC, PM, FG, Stability) Roles & Responsibilities • Analysis of PM, FG, and Stability samples. • Handle HPLC instrumentation independently. • Operate HPLC, GC, and Dissolution Apparatus. • Prepare standard solutions, reagents, and mobile phases. • Perform assay, dissolution, and related substance testing. • Carry out calibration and maintenance of instruments. • Maintain GMP/GLP documentation and logbooks. • Review chromatograms and analytical data. • Support stability study sample analysis. • Participate in OOS/OOT investigations and CAPA. • Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines. • Coordinate with QA and Production departments. • Follow laboratory safety and housekeeping practices. Preferred candidate profile • Good knowledge of HPLC, GC, Dissolution, PM, FG, and Stability analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of GMP/GLP and data integrity practices. • Good documentation and communication skills. • Ability to handle laboratory instruments independently. • Team-oriented with attention to quality and compliance. • Ability to work in shifts and maintain laboratory discipline. • B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related science discipline.
