We're Hiring: Lead QE Engineer | Warehouse Automation (WMS/WES/WCS) | Hyderabad ValueLabs is looking for a Lead QE Engineer with 8–15 years of experience to drive quality engineering for high-scale warehouse automation programs. If you have strong domain expertise in WMS / WES / WCS / Material Handling, hands-on experience testing microservices, APIs, and system integrations, and you know how to lead a team while staying hands-on, this could be a great fit. Location: Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate -30 Days. JD: 8–15 years of experience in Quality Engineering / Test Automation, with strong domain expertise in WMS / WES / WCS / Warehouse Automation / Material Handling • Proven experience testing integration across WMS-WES-WCS layers • Hands-on expertise in API, UI, DB, and Microservices testing • Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript, with experience building and maintaining automation frameworks • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar) • Working knowledge of message queues (IBM MQ, RabbitMQ) and/or BPMN/workflow orchestration tools (Camunda) • Proficiency with Postman, Playwright, Jira, Xray, Confluence • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a QE team of 8–10 • Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, and governance reporting skills • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced delivery environments • Comfort operating as both an individual contributor and a team lead Good to Have • Performance testing experience with K6 or JMeter • Testing experience with one or more robotic/warehouse automation systems — NuMove, Nubotik, MoVu, TGW, Ceratek, Geek+, AutoStore, E80, or similar • A calm, composed demeanor under pressure — someone who seeks out challenges and leads by example • Valid US B1 Visa If this sounds like you (or someone in your network), send your CV to: 📧 mounisha.gummadi@valuelabs.com
