Roles and Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reusable frontend components using React.js. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs. • Ensure high performance by optimizing code size, load time, and memory usage. • Implement Redux for state management and handle side effects effectively. • Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile • 8-12 years of experience in software development with expertise in React.js architecture. • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript or equivalent programming languages. • Experience working on large-scale applications with complex UI interactions involving multiple data sources.
