Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for the overall P&L performance of the region. • Oversight for business target achievement, operations, customer relationship, portfolio quality, audit & compliance, HR process adherence, hiring, engagement and talent management with the region. • Regional budgeting, business monitoring and review, portfolio quality review, participating in regional industry body meets. • Customer interactions and escalation handling • Implementation of business and IT process. • Building relationships with critical stakeholders such as law enforcement etc. • Implementation of audit and compliance processes and recommendations • Performance management process participation and management. Requirements: • Good communication skills • Should have experience in team handling • Should possess leadership and good interpersonal skills. • MS Office, MS outlook and knowledge about JSFB internal IT processes. • Good analytical skills.
