**Job Description Regional Head - NR** **Role Purpose** The Regional Head - NR role at Jana Small Finance Bank is responsible for driving business growth, customer engagement, portfolio performance, cross-sell penetration, and compliance excellence within the assigned scope. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive business targets including CASA, deposits, cross-sell, and portfolio deepening. - Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and service quality. - Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory standards. - Support branches, sales teams, and customer channels for superior delivery. - Lead reviews, performance monitoring, and capability building. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Business growth and portfolio enhancement - Customer activation, retention, and satisfaction - Cross-sell penetration and revenue contribution - Compliance adherence and audit performance - Productivity and team effectiveness **Skills & Competencies** - Strong sales and relationship management skills - Analytical and strategic thinking - Customer-centric approach - Strong communication and leadership capability - Ability to manage risk, compliance, and operations **Qualifications & Experience** - Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant banking experience. - Experience in sales, branch banking, or customer relationship roles preferred.
