Job Description Regional Head - NR Role Purpose The Regional Head - NR role at Jana Small Finance Bank is responsible for driving business growth, customer engagement, portfolio performance, cross-sell penetration, and compliance excellence within the assigned scope. Key Responsibilities • Drive business targets including CASA, deposits, cross-sell, and portfolio deepening. • Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and service quality. • Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory standards. • Support branches, sales teams, and customer channels for superior delivery. • Lead reviews, performance monitoring, and capability building.
