Job Description Relationship Manager (Real Estate Financing Group) **Job Purpose** To originate, evaluate, structure, and manage real estate financing opportunities across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects. The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with developers, promoters, investors, and other stakeholders while ensuring quality asset growth and portfolio management. Business Development & Relationship Management - Source and acquire new real estate financing opportunities from developers, builders, and real estate-focused clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Identify lending opportunities for construction finance, working capital, project finance, and structured real estate funding solutions. - Drive business growth while achieving disbursement, revenue, and portfolio targets. - Identify and generate cross-sell opportunities for CASA, Escrow Accounts, and other banking products. Credit Evaluation & Structuring - Conduct detailed assessment of real estate projects, including project feasibility, cash flows, sales velocity, approvals, and market positioning. - Analyze borrower financial statements, group exposure, repayment capacity, and collateral coverage. - Structure financing proposals in line with bank policies and risk appetite. - Prepare credit appraisal notes and present proposals to internal credit committees. Portfolio Management - Monitor the performance of the assigned portfolio and ensure timely servicing of facilities. - Track project progress, sales collections, construction milestones, and covenant compliance. - Identify early warning signals and coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and risk teams. - Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquencies.
