Regional Head - Secured Collections

Role & responsibilities Portfolio & Recovery Management • Manage the regional secured collections portfolio for B3+ delinquent accounts across Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other secured lending products. • Drive recovery strategies for high-risk and chronic delinquent accounts. • Monitor and control portfolio flow into NPA while maximizing recoveries from existing NPA accounts. • Develop bucket-wise action plans and resolution strategies to improve collection efficiency and recovery rates. NPA & Resolution Management • Formulate and execute recovery strategies for NPA accounts. • Drive settlements, restructuring recommendations, and recovery campaigns as per policy. • Ensure timely action on high-value delinquent and stressed accounts. • Track and review recovery pipelines to achieve regional recovery targets. Legal & Enforcement Actions • Oversee SARFAESI, DRT, arbitration, repossession, and auction-related activities. • Coordinate with empaneled advocates, legal teams, and enforcement agencies for recovery actions. • Ensure timely possession, asset disposal, and recovery proceedings for secured assets. • Monitor legal recovery performance and turnaround timelines. • Agency & Vendor Management Preferred candidate profile • 12-15 years of experience in Collections and Recovery within Banking/NBFC/Housing Finance. • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing secured collections portfolios. • Strong expertise in B3+, NPA management, legal recoveries, SARFAESI proceedings, repossession, and asset disposal. • Proven experience handling secured asset portfolios and multi-location teams.
