Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer orders and delivery schedules. - Arrange and monitor vehicle placement for timely loading and dispatch. - Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers. - Coordinate with production, sales, stores, and transporters for smooth logistics operations. - Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, e-way bills, invoices, and transport records. - Monitor freight costs and support logistics cost optimization initiatives. - Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues promptly. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements. - Maintain logistics MIS reports and dispatch performance data. - Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and improve operational efficiency.
