This growth provides team members with exposure to diverse products, customer segments, and career development opportunities. **Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Banking Relationship Manager role based in Tricity. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers as well as new sourcing of business banking clients through beanches, references and other data sources ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include customer onboarding, handling queries and service requests, cross-selling and up-selling bank products, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions. The role involves regular customer meetings, tracking account performance, managing risk and compliance requirements, and maintaining accurate records in line with bank policies. The Relationship Manager is expected to achieve business targets while building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients. **Qualifications** - Strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and stakeholder communication skills. - Ability to understand and explain asset based working capital banking products such as Cash Credit, Over Draft, Term Loans, LAP etc. - Sales and business development skills, including cross-selling, negotiation, and target achievement. - Sound knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and basic risk management practices. - Proficiency in MS Office and banking systems, with attention to detail and accurate documentation. - Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications in banking or finance are an advantage. - Prior experience of atleast 3 years in business banking products for HV ticket size of more than Rs 5 Cr atleast. - Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali and nearby areas and able to manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with branch and product teams.**
