Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is headquartered in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gold Loan Officer role based in Chandigarh. The Gold Loan Officer is responsible for sourcing and evaluating gold loan customers, explaining product features, and ensuring accurate documentation and KYC compliance. The role involves assessing the purity and value of gold, maintaining proper records, and processing loans within defined turnaround times. The Gold Loan Officer will monitor repayments, follow up on overdue accounts, and support branch-level business growth targets for gold loans. The role also requires adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and high standards of customer service and ethics.
