Roles and Responsibilities : • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue growth. • Identify, recruit, and train new agents to expand the agency's reach in the market. • Manage agent performance, provide coaching, and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Job Requirements : • 0-1 year of experience in BFSI sales or related field (agency management). • Strong understanding of general insurance, life insurance, or other types of insurance products. • Proven track record in direct channel sales or agency development.
