Team members join a culture that values ethical practices, social impact, and customer-centric innovation. **Role Description** This is a full-time Relationship Manager role based in Kinathukadavu, offered in a hybrid work model where some work-from-home flexibility is available. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with retail and small business customers, serving as a primary point of contact for their banking needs. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer financial goals, recommending suitable banking products, supporting account opening and servicing, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and issues. The role involves actively cross-selling and upselling bank products, monitoring account health, and supporting customers in responsible borrowing and savings. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with branch teams to meet portfolio growth and customer satisfaction targets, while adhering to all regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements. **Qualifications** - Customer relationship and service skills, including the ability to build trust, manage portfolios, and maintain long-term client engagements. - Sales and business development capabilities, with experience in cross-selling and upselling banking or financial products to meet defined targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English and local language proficiency preferred. - Basic financial and banking knowledge, including understanding of deposits, loans, and regulatory and compliance requirements. - Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs, review account performance, and recommend suitable solutions. - Comfort with digital tools and core banking systems, including the use of CRM platforms and MS Office applications. - Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and coordinate with branch and central teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field; prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services is an advantage. - Commitment to fairness, transparency, and ethical conduct in all customer and team interactions.
