This position is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers by understanding their banking needs and offering appropriate products and services. Day-to-day activities include building long-term customer relationships, conducting regular account reviews, cross-selling suitable banking solutions, and ensuring high standards of service quality. The role also involves handling customer queries and issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions, and adhering to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. The Relationship Manager is expected to meet defined business targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ethical practices. **Qualifications** - Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse customer segments. - Sound knowledge of retail banking products and services, including accounts, deposits, loans, and digital banking channels. - Sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, cross-selling, and achieving portfolio growth targets in a responsible manner. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in explaining financial solutions clearly and professionally. - Attention to detail and basic analytical skills for reviewing customer accounts, identifying opportunities, and ensuring accurate documentation. - Commitment to fairness, transparency, and compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. - Ability to work on-site in Radhapuram, manage time effectively, and collaborate with branch and regional teams. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; prior experience in banking or financial services relationship management is preferred.
