Key Roles and Responsibilities • Customer Acquisition & Sales: Actively source home loan customers from open markets and developer relationships. • Relationship Management: Manage existing builder relationships, source project files, and secure project approvals. • Loan Process Ownership: Handle the end-to-end lending process, including inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing, documentation, and disbursement. • Documentation Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines and accurate completion of files within timelines.
