**We have Walk-In drive in Pithampur** **Role - Relationship Manager-Housing Loan** **Time-10AM to 4PM** **Contact Person - Arvind Jain** **Jana Small Finance Bank.** **LG-Indrasan Tower Below SBI Bank Dhar Road Pithampur (M.P)** **Required Skills and Qualifications** - **Experience:** min 2 years for RM and SM Min 4 year with team handling experience in the Housing Finance Company (HFC) or mortgage industry, specifically within the affordable. - **Qualification-** Min Graduate. **Key Roles and Responsibilities** - **Customer Acquisition & Sales:** Actively source home loan customers from open markets and developer relationships. - **Relationship Management:** Manage existing builder relationships, source project files, and secure project approvals. - **Loan Process Ownership:** Handle the end-to-end lending process, including inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing, documentation, and disbursement. - **Documentation Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines and accurate completion of files within timelines.
