**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of housing loans and mortgages. - Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research to expand the client base. - Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and verify documents for loan disbursement. - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries related to loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms. **Job Requirements :** - 1-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on housing loans or mortgages. - Strong understanding of loan against property (LAP) concepts and regulations.
