Relationship Manager - Housing Loans & LAP

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of housing loans and mortgages. • Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research to expand the client base. • Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and verify documents for loan disbursement. • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries related to loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms. Job Requirements : • 1-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on housing loans or mortgages. • Strong understanding of loan against property (LAP) concepts and regulations.
