Role Summary We are looking for Relationship Officers for 811 Digital Sales who will be responsible for acquiring new customers through digital channels and promoting CASA and banking products. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new customers through digital onboarding (811 accounts) • Promote bank products such as CASA, debit cards, and digital banking services • Handle customer queries and provide assistance during onboarding • Maintain daily productivity, call logs, and activity reports • Ensure highquality customer experience and timely followups • Meet monthly sales and acquisition targets Required Skills & Qualifications • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage with customers through calls / digital platforms • Sales-driven mindset and willingness to learn • Freshers or experienced candidates up to 4 years can apply • Graduation preferred
