JOB DESCRIPTION Designation: Relationship Officer / Team Leader JOB LOCATION: - Puducherry & Chidambaram Open Vacancies: - Gold Loan • Working Capital Loan • Business Loan • Agriculture Loan • Tractor Loan • Retail Agriculture Business Loan • Farmer Funding Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate, present, introduce, and sell banking and financial products to customers. • Follow up on assigned leads while maintaining sales records. • Identify and acquire customers for Gold Loans, Working Capital Loans, Business Loans, Agriculture Loans, Tractor Loans, and Farmer Funding products. • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses, retailers, and local business owners. • Conduct field visits across rural and urban areas to source business and meet prospective customers. • Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and repayment options to customers. • Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure timely submission to the bank. • Process customer files and coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan disbursement. • Achieve assigned sales and business targets through effective customer acquisition and conversion. • Maintain strong customer relationships during pre-sales and post-sales stages. • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and business performance. Required Candidate Profile: - Good customer approach and communication skills. • Knowledge of local customers, farmers, agricultural businesses, and target markets. • Age between 18 35 years. • Any Graduate. • Experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Agriculture Finance, or Loan Sales is an added advantage. • Two-wheeler preferred. • Male Candidates – Compulsory Field Work. • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
