For TCS, AI is not just a technology — It is the foundation of the next economy. REQUIRED SKILLS: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline. • Overall 12+ years of experience of which at least 5+ years working in AI, data science, data governance, technology consulting, or a related field. • Strong understanding of key Responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, accountability, privacy, security, and robustness. • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act and other emerging AI regulations). • Experience in conducting ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI systems. • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications or training in Responsible AI or related areas. • Experience with specific Responsible AI tools and methodologies. • Familiarity with different AI development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Experience working with clients across various industries. • Knowledge of bias detection and mitigation techniques. • Understanding of explainable AI (XAI) methods.
