**Role & Responsibilities** - Manage overall restaurant operations and team performance. - Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs. - Recruit, train, and develop restaurant team members. - Manage inventory, cost control, and daily operations. **Preferred Candidate Profile** - Graduate with 38 years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Restaurant General Manager/Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager. - Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. - Ability to achieve sales and operational targets. - Willing to relocate and work in rotational shifts.
