The role involves delivering a premium shopping experience, understanding customer needs, recommending products, and achieving store sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences. • Assist customers in selecting handbags, wallets, accessories and other IRTH products. • Achieve individual and store sales targets. • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate product features effectively. • Provide an excellent and personalized customer experience. • Maintain product displays, visual merchandising and store standards. • Handle billing, POS transactions and customer queries. • Maintain stock, product availability and store inventory. • Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. • Support daily store operations and promotional activities. Candidate Profile: • 12th Pass / Graduate. • 13 years of experience in retail, fashion, handbags, lifestyle, premium or luxury brands preferred. • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. • Sales-oriented with a positive and confident personality. • Well-groomed and comfortable working in a premium retail environment. • Basic computer/POS knowledge. • Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
