Job Responsibilities • Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements. • Show jewellery products and help customers select the right product. • Explain product details, price, weight, purity, making charges, and offers. • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. • Handle customer enquiries and provide good customer service. • Promote new collections, offers, and schemes. • Maintain proper display of jewellery in the showroom. • Handle jewellery carefully and follow showroom security procedures. • Support billing and coordinate with the billing/inventory team. • Maintain good relationships with customers and follow up on enquiries. • Keep the showroom clean and organized. Requirements • Minimum 12th pass; • 2 to 10 years of retail/jewellery sales experience preferred. • Good communication and customer-handling skills. • Pleasant personality and good grooming. • Basic computer • Target-oriented and willing to work in shifts/weekends.
