This scale and stability provide team members with opportunities for learning, advancement, and exposure to diverse financial products and markets. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a branch or regional sales team to achieve customer acquisition, revenue, and product penetration targets across retail and SME segments. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and collaborating with product, operations, and risk teams to deliver seamless service. The Sales Manager will also coach team members, conduct regular reviews and training sessions, and provide market insights to support strategic decisions. **Qualifications** - Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to drive targets in a competitive banking environment. - Ability to plan and implement territory or branch-level sales strategies, analyze performance data, and optimize sales processes. - Team leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. - Solid understanding of retail banking products and services (e.g., accounts, loans, cards, deposits) and basic credit and risk concepts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in using CRM and MS Office tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage. - Prior experience in banking or financial services sales, preferably in branch or regional management roles. - Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, adapt to dynamic market conditions, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.
