Sales Manager - Life Insurance (Agency Channel)

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Conduct prospecting activities in field work. Identify potential Life Advisors and lead their selection & onboarding process • Manage a team of LAs and provide performance support to Life Advisors to achieve sales targets and monitor the field activities • Collaborating with the team members and join Life Advisors in fieldwork in order to achieve Sales Target • Actively participate to Field Work to earn incentives & rebuilding team to achieve Sales Target Preferred candidate profile • Must be a resident of Jorhat • Must be having 2-3 years of sales experience in any domain
