Job Role - To achieve sales targets by making effective sales presentations in a venue setting; to maintain high standards of service quality & generate and convert leads 1. Engage with venue walk-in customers to generate leads 2. Provide quality advisory to customers on their financial life needs & solutions 3. Visit potential customers for new business 4. Work on pre-fixed appointments 5. Keep database current and accurate with target customer, current customer, and future customer 6. End to end tracking & managing leads using systems & tools provided by the organization Ensure that business targets are met month on month Role & responsibilities Professional Strengths - • Strong communication skills • Stability At least 1-2 years working with a same organization
