Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets in business loan, gold loan, housing loan, insurance, LAP (Loan Against Property), mutual funds, personal loans and fixed deposits. - Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling of various financial products. - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their financial requirements. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. **Job Requirements :** - 3-12 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in sales management. - Strong knowledge of business loan, gold loan, housing loan, insurance, LAP (Loan Against Property), mutual funds, personal loans and fixed deposits. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
