Sales Officer

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets in business loan, gold loan, housing loan, insurance, LAP (Loan Against Property), mutual funds, personal loans and fixed deposits. • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling of various financial products. • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their financial requirements. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Job Requirements : • 3-12 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in sales management. • Strong knowledge of business loan, gold loan, housing loan, insurance, LAP (Loan Against Property), mutual funds, personal loans and fixed deposits. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
