Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Chennai , Mumbai , Pune NP: Immediate to15 days JD: JD - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment. • Hands on experience as Scrum master driving delivery • Domain knowledge and Financial services or private equity experience is required. • Experience in gathering requirements for CRM (preferably Salesforce) related functions including system integration and data mapping. • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to take initiative, anticipate needs, and drive tasks forward without waiting for direction . • Strong understanding of business applications, systems integration, and data flow concepts. • Experience working within Agile or hybrid Agile delivery models, with comfort using Jira and Confluence . • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to bridge discussions between business and technical audiences. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
