Job description

Key Skills: Learning Management System, LMS, SAP CPI, SAP BTP, SAP Success factor, Integration, Implementation Roles and Responsibilities: • Design and support integrations on SAP BTP using SAP CPI for SAP SuccessFactors Learning and related enterprise systems. • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Learning and LMS processes to support business learning operations. • Work on interface development, message mapping, and system connectivity across SAP and non-SAP applications. • Support implementation activities, issue resolution, and production stabilization for integration flows. • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to deliver reliable learning platform integrations and enhancements. Skills Required: • 7 to 10 years of relevant SAP integration and SuccessFactors Learning experience. • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, and SAP SuccessFactors Learning. • Strong understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) processes and enterprise integration scenarios. • Experience designing scalable integration solutions across SAP landscapes. • Experience supporting implementation, interface validation, and API-based connectivity. Good to Have: • Integration experience across SAP and third-party applications. • Implementation exposure in enterprise learning platforms. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
