We are currently seeking a Salesforce Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Role - Salesforce Specialist Specialization - Salesforce, SAP Responsibilities - Cross-Platform Architecture - Design seamless data flows between Salesforce, SAP, and High-Radius Custom Development - Write and maintain complex Salesforce Apex triggers, classes, and controllers ERP Integration - Oversee the synchronization of customer master data and sales orders between Salesforce and SAP Fintech Automation - Configure and optimize High-Radius for automated credit-to-cash and accounts receivable processes API Management - Develop and govern REST/SOAP APIs to facilitate real-time communication between platforms Optimization - Streamline the transition from a closed-won opportunity in Salesforce to billing in SAP Data Governance - Ensure financial data consistency across the CRM and ERP to prevent reconciliation errors. Technical Leadership - Lead technical discovery sessions to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs Workflow Automation - Implement complex automation logic to reduce manual touches in the order-to-cash lifecycle System Monitoring - Establish proactive monitoring for integration middleware to ensure 99.9% uptime of financial data flows Level Support (L2/L3) - Handle escalated incidents, performing deep technical analysis to identify root causes in complex "black box" AI pipelines. Corrective Engineering - Implement source code fixes, bug adjustments, and enhancements to existing codebases to make sure system application evolution and stability. Requirements - Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications) Experience - 12+ years in software engineering with at least 4 years in an Architect role Salesforce expertise in Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Good understanding of SAP modules (SD/FI) and integration points (IDocs, BAPIs) Proven experience implementing or supporting High Radius AI-driven finance modules Middleware - Proficiency in integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or SAP PI/PO Finance Domain Knowledge - Solid understanding of Credit, Collections, and Accounts Receivable processes Ability to design distributed systems that are resilient to downtime Experienced at debugging complex issues across multi-vendor cloud and on-premise environments Good knowledge of OAuth, OpenID, and secure data transmission protocols Methodologies - Experience leading squads in an Agile/Scrum environment Communication - Ability to translate complex technical details into business functional terms with stakeholders Skill Matrix - Mandatory Salesforce - Apex, LWC, Flows ERP - SAP (SD/FI), Integration Points Fintech - High-Radius (Credit/Collections) Integration - REST/SOAP APIs, JSON Methodology - Agile/Scrum Desirable Skills Salesforce - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud ERP - S/4HANA Migration Fintech - Cash Application Automation Integration - MuleSoft or SAP BTP Methodology - CI/CD for Salesforce (Copado/SFDX) Soft Skills Critical thinker and good problem-solver Good oral and written communication skills Good team player, self-starter, and good analytical skills Good understanding about code quality, security standards, and programing best practices About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
