About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Support Analyst & Data Specialist to provide day-to-day Salesforce support to our Sales and Go-to-Market teams during US business hours. This is a hands-on operational role focused on resolving Salesforce user queries, managing user access, maintaining CRM data quality, performing bulk data updates, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting core B2B sales processes. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience , strong Excel and data-management skills, and a good understanding of B2B sales processes such as lead management, opportunity progression, pipeline tracking, and quoting. Key Responsibilities 1. Salesforce Administration & End-User Support • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Salesforce support queries during US evening hours. • System Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot user issues related to Page Layouts, Reports, Dashboards, User Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets. • Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage standard Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to support Sales leadership and field reps. • User Onboarding: Onboard new Sales team members, managing user activation, role assignment, and access privileges. 2. Data Management & Bulk Data Updates • Bulk Data Operations: Perform routine data updates, record imports/exports, and data cleanups using tools like Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or Workbench. • CRM Hygiene: Audit, deduplicate, and standardize Lead, Account, Contact, and Opportunity data to maintain overall CRM integrity. • Data Transformation: Transform, map, and validate complex datasets using advanced Excel formulas before migrating them into Salesforce. 3. Sales Process Alignment & Enablement • Sales Lifecycle Support: Support the Sales team throughout the lifecycle: Lead capture, Opportunity progression, Dealhub CPQ/quoting assistance, and deal closure. • Data Governance: Enforce data governance standards and ensure Sales reps adhere to required stage updates and field entry rules. • Continuous Improvement: Log recurrent user pain points to suggest workflow improvements to the lead Salesforce System Administrator or Revenue Operations team. Required Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce Analyst, Junior Admin, or CRM Support role. • Salesforce Knowledge: Hands-on experience with core Salesforce Admin functionality (Reports, Dashboards, Security Model, Data Loader). Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) is a strong plus. • Excel Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Data Validation, and Text-to-Columns) for data manipulation. • Sales Process Acumen: Solid understanding of B2B sales workflows, pipeline stages, lead conversion, and key sales metrics. • Shift Requirement: Must be comfortable working full-time in the US shift (Evening/Night shift in local timezone) to provide live support to US-based Sales teams. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for quick real-time assistance via Slack/Teams and ticketing systems. Working Hours: US Business Hours / Evening-Night Shift (India) Location Preference: While the role is open to candidates across India, we prefer candidates currently based in Delhi NCR .
