Job description

1. Perform initial OPD assessment and triage including vital signs, pain score, allergies, and presenting complaints. 2. Identify red-flag symptoms and escalate immediately to the physician. 3. Ensure adherence to hospital policies related to safety, documentation, medico-legal aspects, and patient belongings. 4. Document assessment findings and initial clinical notes. 5. Communicate patient needs such as diet, counselling, investigation scheduling, or special instructions. 6. Educate and guide patients and families on care pathways, follow-ups, treatment plans.
