Overview The Employee Digital Experience team is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to independently drive complex, cross-functional initiatives within the organizations Sales Cloud instance and the enterprise tools, data services, integrations, and partner platforms connected to it. The role converts approved product direction into an integrated delivery plan and creates visibility, predictability, and disciplined risk management across multiple teams. Role The Technical Program Manager II owns the how and when of delivery for one or more Sales Cloud initiatives. The role goes beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies by establishing the integrated plan, coordinating teams and vendors, managing the technology delivery risk posture, and driving readiness from planning through production stabilization. What You Will Do • Own end-to-end execution for multi-team initiatives delivered through or connected to Sales Cloud, from planning and estimation through deployment, stabilization, and transition to operations. • Build integrated delivery plans connecting Aha! initiatives and epics, Jira features and stories, release milestones, capacity assumptions, dependencies, and business commitments. • Facilitate SAFe delivery mechanisms including backlog-readiness reviews, iteration planning, cross-team syncs, system demos, Inspect and Adapt activities, and Program Increment planning support. • Manage dependencies across Sales Cloud Product, Architecture, Engineering, Declarative Engineering, Integration, Data, Quality Engineering, Security, BizOps, vendors, and business partners. • Maintain actionable RAIDD records with clear impact, owner, mitigation, target date, decision path, and escalation trigger, and drive items to closure. • Lead release readiness, UAT coordination, cutover planning, change-control alignment, rollback readiness, hypercare, and operational handoff. • Use capacity, flow, blocked-work, milestone, quality, and predictability data to identify delivery risk early and adjust execution plans. • Provide concise, evidence-based status for technical and executive audiences with defensible milestones, RAG status, dependencies, and decisions. • Partner with the PM-T to confirm scope, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, and success measures are sufficiently defined before commitment. • Drive retrospectives that produce owned, measurable improvements to delivery flow, release quality, governance, or team ways of working. All About You • Typically 7 or more years of relevant experience in technical program management, technology delivery, engineering delivery, or a related discipline, including experience leading complex work across multiple teams. Equivalent experience demonstrating comparable scope and capability will be considered. • Demonstrated success delivering complex technology initiatives across multiple teams in SAFe or a comparable scaled Agile model. • Experience coordinating delivery within a complex Sales Cloud instance, including Salesforce Knowledge, integrations, data services, declarative capabilities, custom development, and connected enterprise tools. • Working understanding of Salesforce data models, APIs, environments, release management, platform constraints, configuration, and custom development. • Ability to operate independently within an established strategy and influence stakeholders without direct authority. • Strong facilitation and executive communication skills, including translation of technical complexity into decisions and business implications. • Experience with Aha!, Jira, and enterprise reporting or RAIDD platforms. LEVEL 7 SALES CLOUD TECHNOLOGY Senior Technical Program Manager Sales Cloud Program and Release-Train Leadership Overview The Senior Technical Program Manager leads program-level execution across the Sales Cloud instance, its release trains, and neighboring enterprise programs that provide or consume connected capabilities. The role creates the governance and delivery mechanisms needed to move ambiguous work forward and connects portfolio intent to reliable execution across multiple teams, platforms, and stakeholder groups. Role The Senior Technical Program Manager is the senior delivery integrator for the Sales Cloud program or a major strategic initiative. The role shapes the execution model, establishes cross-program governance, guides Program Increment and release-train planning, resolves systemic constraints, raises delivery maturity, and coaches other TPMs while remaining directly accountable for the most complex or high-risk work. What You Will Do • Lead strategic, multi-quarter Sales Cloud programs spanning Agile teams, release trains, Services capabilities, regions, vendors, and connected enterprise platforms. • Translate portfolio priorities into a 12- to 18-month integrated roadmap with measurable outcomes, critical paths, release strategy, architectural runway, capacity needs, and decision points. • Act as the program-level SAFe integrator, aligning Program Increment objectives and team plans with PM-Ts, Release Train Engineers, Architects, Engineering leaders, and Product Owners. • Design governance mechanisms connecting strategy, intake, prioritization, capacity, Aha! roadmap records, Jira executio
