Role/Skill: SAP ABAP Middleware Lead Experience: 12 to 20 years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Working Model) Notice: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Max up to 45 days) Required Skills & Experienc • eMiddleware Expertis e: Strong hands-on experience in SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware platforms • .SAP Developmen t: Proficiency in ABAP programmin g, Fiori application development, and SAP Portal administration • .Leadership Experienc e: Proven track record of managing large technical teams (15–20 associates) • .Stakeholder Engagemen t: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders • .Project Managemen t: Ability to manage multiple integration and application projects simultaneously • .Problem-Solvin g: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise landscapes • .10+ years of experience in middleware and SAP technologies • .Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large technical teams • .Certifications in SAP CPI, SAP PO, IBM middleware, or related platforms preferred .Key Responsibilitie • sTeam Leadershi p: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 20 associates, fostering collaboration and performance excellence • .Integration Deliver y: Oversee end-to-end delivery of middleware and SAP integration projects using SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware • .Application Developmen t: Provide guidance on ABAP development, Fiori applications, and SAP Portal solutions • .Stakeholder Managemen t: Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions • .Governance & Complianc e: Ensure adherence to integration standards, security policies, and audit requirements • .Continuous Improvemen t: Drive automation, performance optimization, and adoption of best practices • .Issue Resolutio n: Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting complex integration and application challenges .
