We are looking for an experienced **SAP FICO Support Consultant** with strong expertise in **General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)** processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA finance operations, production support, issue resolution, and financial data reconciliation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support and maintain SAP FICO modules, primarily **General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)**. - Perform and monitor financial postings, journal entries, account reconciliations, and finance transaction processing. - Provide support for **month-end and year-end closing activities**. - Analyze SAP S/4HANA finance transaction flows and ensure accurate processing across systems. - Investigate and resolve production issues in SAP S/4HANA environments. - Conduct **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** for incidents and recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions. - Analyze and resolve data mismatch scenarios, including **Sender vs. Receiver discrepancies**. - Identify and fix duplicate transaction issues and other data-related inconsistencies. - Perform data reconciliation, cross-system validation, and financial data integrity checks. - Support incident management activities, including **L2/L3 production support**, ticket resolution, and escalation handling. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to debug and resolve complex system issues. - Prepare and maintain RCA documents, SOPs, and support documentation. - Ensure adherence to issue-tracking, documentation, and governance standards. **Required Skills:** - Strong experience in **SAP FICO**, including: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Hands-on experience with **SAP S/4HANA Finance** processes and transaction flows. - Strong knowledge of financial postings, journal entries, reconciliations, and closing activities. - Expertise in **production support, incident management, and troubleshooting**. - Experience in **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and problem resolution. - Knowledge of data reconciliation, data validation, and cross-system analysis. - Ability to identify and resolve transaction duplication and data inconsistency issues. - Experience working with ticketing and support management processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
