Role & responsibilities • Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS). • Analyze HR business processes and recommend SAP HCM solutions to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. • Design, develop, and support Workday interfaces and integrations with SAP HCM. • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and smooth operation of SAP HCM solutions. • Configure and support employee lifecycle processes, including employee hiring, terminations, and payroll-related activities. • Manage and support integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules, including FI/CO, Project Systems (PS), and CATS. • Develop, maintain, and update system configuration documents, technical specifications, and process documentation. • Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure effective adoption and utilization of SAP HCM functionalities. Preferred candidate profile • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support. • Strong expertise in SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, TM, and CATS. • Proven experience with Workday interfaces and SAP HCMWorkday integrations. • Solid understanding of SAP HCM integration with FI/CO, Project Systems (PS), and other enterprise applications. • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, termination, and payroll. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP HCM solutions. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, cross-functional environment.
