SAP IS Retail Consultant Experience: 8-12 Years Location: Kolkata / Pan India We are looking for an experienced SAP IS Retail Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Retail processes and SAP S/4HANA Retail solutions. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of retail business operations, master data management, merchandise management, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP IS Retail solutions. • Configure and support SAP Retail functionalities including: • Merchandise Management • Assortment Management • Article Master • Listing and Layout Management • Pricing and Promotions • Procurement and Replenishment • Participate in end-to-end SAP IS Retail implementation and rollout projects. • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and fit-gap analysis. • Prepare functional specifications and support development teams. • Collaborate with SAP SD, MM, FICO, CAR, EWM, and POS integration teams. • Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution. • Provide production support and business process optimization. • Ensure solution quality and adherence to SAP best practices. Must-Have Skills • 8-10 years of SAP functional consulting experience. • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IS Retail. • Expertise in: • Merchandise Management • Article Master Data • Assortment & Listing Management • Pricing & Promotions • Inventory Management • Procurement Processes • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Retail. • Strong understanding of retail business processes. • Experience in integration with SAP SD, MM, FICO. • Knowledge of IDocs, interfaces, and retail master data management. • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
