Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Configure and support SAP IS Retail solutions. • Manage retail processes including Merchandise Management, Assortment Planning, Pricing, Promotions, and Inventory Management. • Support Store Operations, Replenishment, and Procurement processes. • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. • Conduct fit-gap analysis, workshops, and solution design sessions. • Perform system configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities. • Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams for end-to-end delivery. • Support integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP CAR, and POS systems. • Prepare functional specifications and training documentation. • Provide post-go-live support and incident resolution.
