**Position 1:** SAP CRM for Utilities Functional **Position 2:** SAP CRM for Utilities Technical Experience : 7+ years Location : Open for Pan India TechM locations **Position 1 : SAP CRM for Utilities Functional Consultant JD :** SAP CRM For Utilities Functional Consultant with 6+ Years of relevant Experience Must Have Done at least One End to End Implementations in CRM for Utilities **Functional Knowledge :** The knowledge of utility Business processes and Integration between different areas Must have worked for Electric Utility. Working experience in Other Utility will be an added advantage **Skills :** Must have the knowledge of CRM for Utilities data model & its correlation with SAP IS-U data model. Must have the knowledge of CRM for Utilities Business objects & its correlation with SAP IS-U. Must have the knowledge of CRM for Utilities Technical objects (IBASE) & its correlation with SAP IS-U Connection Object Must have the knowledge of Contract management & the subsequent process in CRM for Utilities Must have the knowledge of middleware concepts and must have the knowledge of middleware replication of business partners & technical objects Must have the knowledge of SAP IS-U master data templates & error handling Must have the knowledge of process in IC-Web Client for Utilities like Must have the knowledge of Move-in, Move-out & move-in/out process, Meter Reading entry, Account information, Changes in Business partner & Business agreement Disconnection & reconnection **Position 2:** **SAP CRM for Utilities Technical Consultant JD :** SAP CRM For Utilities Technical Consultant with 6+ Years of relevant Experience Must Have Done At least One End to End Implementations in CRM for Utilities preferable **Skills :** - Should know CRM one order framework and various function modules Badi bapi exits to handle various one order objects need. - Should be aware of the basics of CRM base customization and ppf framework. - Should know how to do middleware monitoring and middleware enhancements and troubleshooting. - Should be familiar with interfaces from sap crm to non-sap systems using soa manager rfc file-based interface idoc based interface. - Good ABAP and RICEFW development experience in SAP CRM implementation projects including BOL (Business Object Layer) – CRM ABAP - Good knowledge on CRM development of CRM objects including enhancement, Web UI, BSP, AJAX, OData, etc. - Good knowledge on Integration objects including BAPI. - SAP CRM Web UI Technical - OOABAP, Interfaces and Web Services - Interfaces/RFCs/Web Services (Proxy and File based) - BADIs/BAPIs/IDOCs/BDOCs - Knowledge of PI and ECC / S4h
