Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management (PP/QM) Lead Consultant with expertise in SAP S4Hana PP/QM module for the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the design, realization, data migration, and testing ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations. Minimum of 3+ years of SAP PP/QM S4 Hana End to End Implementation experience in at least two implementation projects. Job Details • Job Title: SAP PP/QM Sr. Functional Consultant • Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM • Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Hyderabad • Experience: 8+ Total Years • Job Type: Permanent • Work Mode: Hybrid Key Knowledge Areas SAP S/4HANA Navigation and Configuration Proficiency in configuring and customizing PP/ QM module in SAP S/4HANA according to business requirements. SAP S/4HANA PP Module Knowledge Understand the functionalities and processes of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning module, including but not limited to: Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Master Data Management (Bill of Materials, Work Centers, Routings), Production Orders and Process Orders, Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning, Variant Configuration, Demand Management etc. SAP S/4HANA QM Module Knowledge Deep understanding of the functionalities and processes within the SAP S/4HANA Quality Management module, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Quality Control, Quality Certificates, Batch Management, Inspection Planning, Calibration Management. Data Migration and Conversion Experience in data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, including understanding data structures, data cleansing, and conversion tools. Integration Skills Understand how the PP/QM module integrates with other SAP modules such as Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD) and Finance (FI) in an S/4HANA environment. Reporting and Analytics Knowledge of reporting tools and analytics functionalities within SAP S/4HANA, such as SAP Fiori apps, SAP Analytics Cloud etc. Project Management Skills Ability to manage projects effectively, including gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, conducting workshops, and managing stakeholder expectations. Communication and Interpersonal Skills Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and conveying technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Positive attitude and proactive nature to work with Cross-Teams Continuous Learning Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM module, as SAP frequently releases new features and functionalities through service packs and updates.
