SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead (RCM Hands-on) Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead (Recruiting Onboarding) Experience: 8-14 Years Location: Pune / Noida / Bangalore / Hyderabad Shift: Willingness to work in the US Shift is mandatory. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead with strong hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Recruiting Management (RCM). The ideal candidate should have extensive implementation experience, strong functional consulting skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end SuccessFactors Onboarding engagements while collaborating with global stakeholders. The role requires flexibility to support clients and project activities during US business hours. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. • Work hands-on in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding solutions. • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions. • Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities. • Configure business rules, workflows, role-based permissions (RBP), document generation, notifications, and onboarding processes. • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, and third-party HR systems. • Lead client discussions, provide solution recommendations, and ensure successful project delivery. • Support UAT, production deployment, issue resolution, and post-go-live support. • Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance across project teams. • Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors quarterly releases and recommend relevant enhancements. • Coordinate with global teams and provide support during US business hours as required. Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. • Hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM). • Strong knowledge of Employee Central integration with Recruiting and Onboarding. • Experience configuring business rules, workflows, role-based permissions (RBP), document templates, notifications, and onboarding processes. • Understanding of integrations with SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications. • Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI), APIs, and Integration Center is preferred. • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Required Experience • 8-14 years of overall IT/HRMS consulting experience. • Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, with significant hands-on experience in Onboarding and Recruiting Management (RCM). • Proven experience leading implementation workstreams or modules in client-facing environments. • Experience in support, enhancements, and global rollout projects is an added advantage. • Ability and willingness to work in the US Shift to support global customers and project deliverables. Preferred Qualifications • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and/or Recruiting Management (RCM) certification is preferred. • Experience working in Agile delivery environments. • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and lead functional discussions with business and technical teams.
