Job Title: SAP Project Manager SAP S/4HANA (Support) Experience: 12+ Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in managing SAP S/4HANA Support projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience in SAP implementation projects is an added advantage but is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Support engagements. • Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional, and technical teams. • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within timelines. • Manage incident, problem, change, and release management activities. • Ensure SLA adherence and service delivery excellence. • Handle project risks, escalations, and issue resolution. • Prepare project status reports and conduct stakeholder meetings. • Coordinate with offshore/onsite teams for smooth project execution. • Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards. • Support continuous process improvements and operational excellence. Required Skills • 12+ years of overall SAP experience. • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA. • Strong experience in SAP Support Projects. • Experience managing SAP AMS/Production Support engagements. • Good understanding of SAP project lifecycle and delivery methodologies. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience in team handling and project governance. • Knowledge of ITIL processes is preferred. Good to Have • SAP S/4HANA Implementation experience. • PMP/Prince2/Scrum certification. • Exposure to Agile project delivery.
