Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to support, configure, and optimize SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in order-to-cash (O2C) processes, pricing, billing, shipping, and customer master data, while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities • Configure and support SAP SD module based on business requirements. • Analyze, design, and implement Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. • Manage sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and shipping configurations. • Configure and maintain customer master data and partner determination. • Work with cross-functional teams, including MM, FI, and WM, for end-to-end process integration. • Gather and document business requirements and prepare functional specifications. • Support SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, and upgrade projects. • Perform testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA timelines. • Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation. Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support. • Expertise in Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, Billing, and Pricing. • Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. • Knowledge of Customer Master Data, Material Master, and Output Determination. • Experience with Credit Management, Returns, and Availability Check (ATP). • Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, and PP modules. • Ability to prepare Functional Specifications and work with ABAP developers. • Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD. • Knowledge of EDI, IDocs, and interfaces. • Experience in SAP Fiori applications. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Exposure to global SAP implementation and rollout projects.
