**Skill / Role: SAP SuccessFactors - Learning (LMS) / EC / PMGM / RCM / ONB** **Location: PAN India Tech Mahindra Locations** **Years of Experience: 6+ Years Relevant in Success Factors** **Mandatory Skills:** - Proven experience with *SAP SuccessFactors* **Learning Functional / EC / PMGM / RCM / ONB** . - Strong understanding of **respective module and their implementation** . - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards. - Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). - Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. - Relevant **SAP certifications are a plus** .
