Role & responsibilities \\* Perform laboratory testing and sample processing as per SOPs. Ensure quality control and accurate test results. \\*Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment. \\*Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and timely reporting. \\*Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and compliance standards. \\*Follow safety protocols and biomedical waste management guidelines. \\*Coordinate with pathologists, clinicians, and laboratory teams. \\*Ensure adherence to quality standards such as NABL requirements. Preferred candidate profile • Should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience. • B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) is mandatory.
