Job description

Must-Have Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. • 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). • Experience with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR), data standards (HL7/FHIR), and HIPAA compliance. • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced certifications (A-CSM, CSP-SM, SAFe SPC). • Experience with healthcare domain. • Background in software development or healthcare IT project management.Role & responsibilities
