Senior AI Engineer (Backend) Experience: 8 to 12 Years Role Overview We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and Python backend engineering. The individual will drive end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI platforms, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation solutions. Key Responsibilities • Architect and lead development of enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI platforms. • Design scalable multi-agent systems for complex business workflows. • Define AI architecture standards, governance, security, and best practices. • Lead implementation of advanced RAG, knowledge retrieval, memory management, and orchestration frameworks. • Build reusable AI services, SDKs, APIs, and platform components. • Drive model evaluation, observability, reliability, and optimization strategies. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate use cases into AI solutions. • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives. • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and establish adoption roadmaps.
